London’s Living Room is available for hire for corporate theatre style seminars for a maximum capacity of 120 people. This set up is great for business meetings that require an open and airy room, with a great view to take in over lunch or morning or afternoon tea. Through Eligo we can provide a number of light food and beverage options, with a range of cultural and vegetarian options available ensuring everyone who attends is catered for.
What’s Included
- PA system for any announcements, introductions or speeches.
- Standing microphones for up to 4 people.
- A lectern or height adjustable lectern for any documents etc.
Chargeable Services
- Subject to availability the following services can be provided if required;
- AV and broadcasting services – recording of the event, enhanced PA system to include roving microphones, lapel microphones, CD player for background music.
- Plasma screens x 2 (screen dimensions 56 inches wide, 29 inches high. On the stand they are 75 inches high).
- VHS or DVD players for presentations.
- Please note we do not recommend projector use during the day as there is no ability to block out natural light.
