Room hire and event venue for drinks receptions in London
London's Living Room is situated on the top floor of City Hall and offers stunning panoramic views of the London skyline. The room can be used for spectacular sit down dinners or standing drinks receptions with a breath taking view of London at night, or for more formal events such as theatre style seminars and board room meetings. Hire of the room can be split into morning, afternoon, all day or evening with times as below:
Morning 08:00 - 13:00
Afternoon 14:00 -19:00
All Day 08:00 – 19:00
Evening 19:00 – 23:00
What’s included
Subject to availability, we can include with compliments the following:
- PA system for speeches.
- A standing microphone or table microphones for up to 4 people.
- A lectern or height adjustable lectern.
- Up to 4 poseur tables (high bar style tables).
- Tables for events organiser’s literature.
- Top table for speakers.
- Armless chairs for musicians (if required).
- Chairs as required.
Accessibility
London’s Living Room is on the 9th floor of City Hall which is a fully accessible building. There is a lift up to the Living Room where the balcony is also accessible. An induction loop works in conjunction with the PA system, and there are blue badge holders parking spaces with a drop off/pick up point although these are limited.
We are happy to discuss room set up and there are a variety of options although this will affect the number of guests we can accommodate.
