*Room 4 and 5 can be opened up into larger room with a capacity of up to 200.
On the day of the event, our in-house supplier will set-up the equipment before your arrival as discussed with your City Hall event planner.
They will be able to assist you from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. If a technician is required to stay for the duration of the event a charge will apply for this service. If you have specific requirements, our supplier can discuss your needs and provide you with a quote.

All committee rooms are fully accessible through a lift or a ramp. An induction loop works in conjunction with the PA system and a blue-badge holder drop off/pick up point is situated a short distance from the front of the building. For more information, please click here.
